Room Circles treats your privacy with care. We collect only what's needed to reserve your seat and send you your Zoom link and reminders.

What we collect: your name and email when you reserve a seat, and the contribution amount you choose. Facilitator applications include the details you provide on the host form.

How we use it: to send confirmations, reminders, and your meeting link, and to keep circles small and safe. We do not sell your information.

Confidentiality in circles: what is shared in a Room Circle stays in the Room Circle. Circles are not recorded.

Zoom links: meeting links are sent only to registered participants and may not be shared.

You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
