02

Save Your Seat

Reserve your place with a sliding-scale contribution of $5–$35. Each circle is intentionally kept small.

Come As You Are

Join via Zoom. Speak if you want. Listen if you want. There is no pressure to perform. Listening counts as participating.

A few things worth knowing

What a Room Circle is

A live, 90-minute peer-led gathering on Zoom. A small group of people who share an experience, held by a trained or thoughtfully selected facilitator with relevant lived experience.

What a Room Circle is not

Therapy, counseling, medical care, crisis support, or a replacement for licensed treatment. Facilitators are not providing clinical services.

How big is a room

Intentionally small — usually 8 to 12 participants — so everyone has space to breathe.

What it costs

A sliding-scale contribution of $5–$35. Choose what feels accessible within that range.

What if I'm in crisis

Room Circles is not crisis care. If you are in danger or need emergency help, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line. Visit our Help page for resources.

Room Circles

There's a room for you here.

You don't have to carry it alone.

A note on what Room Circles is and isn't: Room Circles provides peer-led community support and does not provide psychotherapy, medical treatment, diagnosis, crisis intervention, or emergency services. Room Circles is not a replacement for licensed mental health care. If you are in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line.
