You deserve support.
Room Circles is a caring community, but it is not crisis care. This page helps you understand the boundaries and find the right kind of help for this moment.
Room Circles is not therapy
Our circles are peer-led community support, not psychotherapy, counseling, or medical care. Facilitators are not providing clinical treatment, diagnosis, or a therapeutic relationship.
Room Circles is not crisis care
Facilitators cannot provide emergency intervention. A Room Circle is not the right place if you are in active crisis, at risk of harming yourself or someone else, or need urgent help.
If you are experiencing an emergency
Please seek local emergency or crisis support right away. The resources below can help. You don't have to figure this out alone — please reach out to someone trained to help in a crisis.
