Room Circles
Peer-led community circles

There's a room
for you here.

Peer-led community circles for the things that feel hard to carry alone.

You don't have to carry it alone.

Sometimes you don't need advice.
Sometimes you don't need to be fixed.
Sometimes you just need to sit with people who understand.

Room Circles offers live, peer-led community spaces where you can show up exactly as you are — listen, share, connect, and feel less alone. These are small, gently held rooms, not clinics or directories. A place to land. Sometimes connection is enough.

What are you carrying?

Explore rooms by what's on your heart. Each one is a small circle of people who understand.

How Room Circles Works

Three gentle steps. No pressure, no performance.

03

Come As You Are

Join via Zoom. Speak if you want. Listen if you want. There is no pressure to perform.

"You never have to speak. Listening counts as participating."

Why Room Circles

Room Circles exists in the space between needing connection and needing formal therapy. Not everyone needs a clinician. Many of us simply need a room of people who understand — peer support, shared lived experience, affordability, and human connection.
